New Electronic Loan Payment Platform

We’re excited to announce that HCFCU now has a new loan payment platform called, Swivel. Swivel is designed to provide a more streamlined, secure, and user-friendly payment experience.

What You Need to Know

New Registration Required

Members will need to register on the Swivel platform.

To ensure access to your transferred payment history, it is important that you register using the same email address currently associated with your current ePay payment profile.

Recurring Payments

Most recurring payment schedules will transfer to the new platform automatically. However:

• Recurring payments established using stored debit or credit card information will not transfer for security reasons.
• Members with stored credit or debit card information will need to re-enter their card details once Swivel is live.
• If your recurring payment does not appear after registering, please contact us for assistance.

New Features

Our members will have access to several new features, including:

• The ability to securely store payment card information
• Enhanced recurring payment management
• Semi-monthly recurring payment options
