Thank you for booking your appointment with HCFCU’s Lending department.

 WHAT’S NEXT?

If you need an advance on your current loan, please contact the Credit Union. If you intend to apply for a new loan,  please take a moment to complete an online loan application prior to your appointment. Members without a completed application, at the time of their appointment, will be asked to reschedule.

A staff member will reach out to you should they have any questions or concerns.

If you’re needing a Home Equity Loan, Home Equity Line of Credit, please complete our online Home Equity packet to get started.

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?

  • Please arrive a few minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time.
  • All members visiting the credit union are expected to wear a face mask and pass a screening to enter the lobby.
  • Distancing signage can be found on the floors and windows of the Credit Union to help guide you while you wait for your scheduled appointment.
  • Please limit your party size to only those needed for the transaction.
  • Parking! County employees can park in our parking garage. Others will need to find nearby parking.
  • Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late.
  • Members without completed applications at the time of their appointment will be asked to reschedule.
