What is Sprig® by CO-OP?
Sprig is the ultimate virtual credit union that allows you to combine, in one place, accounts from your different credit unions that participate in the Co-Op network. Sprig comes complete with phenomenal features such as person-to-person (P2P) payments and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), allowing you to deposit checks using the camera on your smartphone. Best of all, it’s all FREE!

What can be done in Sprig Mobile Banking?
Sprig provides Total Money Management whereby you can access your accounts, make deposits, transfer or make payments between accounts or make person-to-person payments-from virtually anywhere. Now with RealPay, you’ll be able to make P2P payments to anyone, anywhere, regardless of whether or not they’re in the Co-Op network.

How do I enroll?
For your PC or tablet, go to www.getsprig.com and follow the prompts. You will need to insert our full name, Harris County Federal Credit Union. For smartphones, visit the Apple app Store or Google Play. Search for the free app, “Sprig by Co-Op.”

How current is the information I see in the Sprig system?
Account information accessed through Sprig is current and is updated in real-time. However, new transactions sometimes take a few minutes to show up in your financial institution’s system.

How secure is Sprig?
Security is our utmost concern. Sprig online and mobile adhere to all federal audit standards for physical and electronic security with 256-bit SSL encryption, with data security that meets or exceeds FFIEC guidelines and SAS70 certified data centers. Sprig also uses multifactor authentication methods.

Can I pay bills through Sprig?
Bill Pay is not supported through Sprig at this time. However, you can make person-to-person (P2P) payments to anyone in the Co-Op network.

Can I unsubscribe from Sprig?
Yes. If you remove the last account from your wallet, either online or on the Settings screen in the Sprig App, your Sprig account will be completely deleted.
