February is all about love! We want to share some of that love this month. We encourage everyone to participate in this effort by sending thanks to a fellow HCFCU member or your favorite employee at the credit union.

Let’s help spread some love during the month of February and you and your friend will be entered for a chance to win $250!*

When you stop in the credit union during February, you can take this opportunity to #ThankAMember and show them some love! You can thank a fellow HCFCU member or recognize that HCFCU employee that brings a smile to your face each time you visit the credit union, and you could have a chance at a $250 prize.*

How to Enter:

1. 1. Grab a post-it note and pen, write your name on the back with the last three of your member number. Then on the front, write the name of your individual and something about this individual (member or employee) that is inspiring or special.
   2. Grab our supplies and secure the post-it note on our wall of fame and take a picture of it.
   3. Post your picture on Instagram or Twitter using the following caption:
      “#ThankAMember #HCFCUcares @harriscountyfcu – show (Insert individual’s name) some love.”

That’s all it takes to show some love and be entered for a chance to win one of the 10 prizes being awarded this month. You and the person you thanked will have a chance to win $250, or one of the other prizes being awarded.**

*Staff will be entered in their own drawing and awarded separately, members who nominate staff will be entered in the standard $250 member drawing.**All steps must be completed to enter the drawing for Grand Prize. This incudes a photo taken and shared via Twitter or Instagram with a required caption to be considered a valid entry for the Grand Prize. Only Instagram & Twitter platforms will be considered, no others, and please note that private profiles can not be verified. All entries completed by post-it note on the wall will be entered into the drawing for all secondary prizes up to $100.

Drawing & Prize Specifications

Must be 18 years or older, with a valid and current membership with the credit union or be employed with the credit union for more than six months. A valid entry includes all steps listed above, including sharing via social media with the requested caption.

• All post-its are collected at the end of the entry period to be used for verification of social postings.
• All post-its can be shared via social media throughout the year.
• Entry can only occur during lobby business hours beginning 2/3/2020, ending 2/28/2020.
• Members who submit will have their name on the back of the post-it note and their friends name on the front with the message. Both can enter in to all the drawings in which they qualifiy for. 

Odds of winning a major or minor prize depend on the total number of entries received at the end of the contest period; entry is determined and qualified by review of account verifications, and any criteria required to enter listed above. Accounts must be in good standing at the time of the drawing. The contest begins and opens on 02/03 at 7:30 AM and closes at 5:00 PM on 02/28. No substitutions for the prize; the prize is awarded via a deposit into a winner(s) share or share draft account with the credit union, and non-transferable. Not responsible for inactive or invalid contact information, bad emails, and or disconnected phone numbers when attempting to contact the winner(s).

HCFCU Member drawing: (1) Grand prize winner will receive a $250; (2) second-place winner(s) will receive a $100; (2) third-place winner(s) will receive a $50; (5) prize winner(s) will receive assorted HCFCU branded items with a $10 retail gift card. Cash prizes will not exceed $600; branded HCFCU items value will not exceed $100. All prize winners will be selected on or before March 6, 2020, & will be notified via telephone and or email after that based on membership profiles. HCFCU Staff drawing: (1) Grand prize winner will receive $100; (2) second-place winner(s) will receive $50; all nominations who did not receive a grand prize or secondary prize will receive a $10 retail gift card.
