Bit of March Madness

This March, we want to help your pocketbook. Our Auto Loan rates go as low as 1.99% APR** all year round! We’re looking to help you cut your current rate, or reduce your payment by refinancing your non-HCFCU vehicle loan. All Auto Loans closed March 2, 2020 through March 31, 2020, are entered to win some cash in our March Madness bracket, plus the chance at a 65″ Smart TV.

We’ll select a Sweet Sixteen from the new loans closed to receive cash prizes of $10-$25, and then a Final Four selection to win a night out gift package which includes HCFCU branded items and a merchant gift card, plus $50-$100 in cash prizes! A single stand-alone Champion will take home a 65″ Smart LED TV with a year of HULU or Netflix for a chill night with bae to watch the final championship game.

All auto loans (refi^ or regular) must be closed by March 31st to be entered into the drawing for the TV. 

**APR is Annual Percentage Rate. ^Refinances within 90 days of origination may be ineligible subject to title availability. Rates are based on your credit history, loan term, collateral and down payment. Certain credit criteria apply. Other restrictions may apply. All the fine details:

Drawing will occur and attempt to notify the winner(s) by April 2. Odds of winning a major or minor prize depend on the total number of entries received at the end of the contest period; entry is determined and qualified by review of account verifications, and any criteria required to enter listed above. Accounts must be in good standing at the time of the drawing. The contest begins and opens on 03/02 at 7:30 AM and closes at 5:00 PM on 03/31. No substitutions for the prize; the cash prizes are awarded via a deposit into a winner(s) share or share draft account with the credit union, and non-transferable. Not responsible for inactive or invalid contact information, bad emails, and or disconnected phone numbers when attempting to contact the winner(s). Television must be collected from the credit union.

Prizes:

(1) Grand prize winner will receive a 65″ Smart LED TV; (1a) first runner up winner will receive a $100 cash deposit; (2a) second runner up winner will receive a $75 cash deposit; (3a) third runner up winner will receive a $50 cash deposit; (10) minor prize winner(s) will receive a cash deposit of $25.

All prize winners will be selected on or before April 3, 2020, contacted via telephone and or email after that based on member profiles.

Federal, state, and local tax liability and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Void where restricted and prohibited. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable. Standard account terms and conditions apply to all contestants. Winners who receive the prize assume responsibility upon acceptance. Winner(s) must sign a photo release. By accepting a prize, the winner(s) consent to have their name, pictures, likeness, and story published for publicity purposes without further compensation via HCFCU, through, but not limited to, photos, status updates, news stories, blog or website postings, and social media.

All entrants agree to release and hold HCFCU harmless from any and all claims of any kind arising directly and indirectly from the giveaway(s), a prize(s), or any publicity received from the promotion.
