New call back feature for Fraud & Disputes support for your HCFCU card.
In an effort to provide a better cardholder experience, a new call back feature has been implemented on phone lines directed to the Fraud and Disputes teams. Callers are now offered the option to enter their phone number to receive a call back from an advisor during periods of long hold times. It is important to note that since the caller may provide a phone number that is not associated with the account, it will be necessary to ask for additional verification when we call back. Full verification will be required once the account is located.
Callers hear the following message:
“Your estimated wait time is X minutes. We would like to offer you the opportunity to reserve your place in the queue and have someone call you back, eliminating the need for you to remain on the line. To reserve your place in the queue and have the next available agent return your call, press 1”
